$300,000 burglary at St Kilda Road building site

Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit detectives are seeking public assistance to help identify a man following a burglary at a Melbourne construction site on 15 November.

It is believed a man has gained entry to a construction site on St Kilda Road about 4:30pm before looking around multiple levels within the building.

A number of power tools and copper wire were stolen from the site, valued at $300,000.

The man is described as having a thin build, with black coloured pants, white and black shoes, a black backpack, hi-vis vest, black cap and gloves.
