Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal single vehicle crash which occurred on Terangaville Road, Ghin Ghin about 12.30pm today.
It’s believed the driver lost control of her vehicle, which rolled before coming to a stop on its roof.
The driver and sole occupant, who is yet to be formally identified, sustained life threatening injuries.
She was transported to hospital by air ambulance but later died.
The exact cause of the crash is yet to be determined.
